The excitement build up for the upcoming ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ is reaching it’s peak! A new, long trailer for the film was released earlier this week and it’s pretty amazing… So we’ve decided to let the hype take over and host a competition for one of our brand new Star Wars Gifts!

Light_Blog

For a chance to win our Tie Fighter Galaxy Battle Light, type in the comments section below, your favourite Star Wars character and why. After the competition closes, we will go through each answer and pick our favourite. This could be based on how interesting, obscure or justified the answer is, we really don’t know. What we’re looking for is pure honesty! Haven’t seen any of the Star Wars films? Go and watch them so you can pick a favourite character!

The competition will close at midnight on Sunday 01/11/2015 and we will announce our favourite answer and the winner within the following few days. We will also be awarding a 10% discount to the top ten answers to be used on their next order with us.

Christmas Trees & Lights reserves the right to remove any answers deemed inappropriate or offensive. Entrants must reside within the UK.

Good Luck!

My favourite Stars Wars character is Yoda. I love his aged wisdom, surprising strength and power (given his size and age) and his gentle demeanour and approach. For me, he completes Star Wars.

Darth Vader. He is the ultimate villain. The design of the character is amazing, from his helmet to his black outfit, the voice and just the way he commands power by his very presence. Fantastic character!

Master Yoda. Why? Because he’s the wisest and toughest little green guy I know. Plus, my son is about Yoda’s size, and goes nuts for him.

My favourite character is Jabba the Hutt because if I get a bit tetchy organising a family Christmas and then overeat and get bloated, I look at Jabba and feel like the nicest happiest Christmas Slyphlike angel.

Jabba the hutt the intergalactic couch potato just like me he’s a slob ha-ha he just likes to chill in his palace with his buddies having a ball listening to music drinking and eating all day instead of TV he has a han solo frozen in carbonite to watch all day as well as a pit with a rancor monster. He has a good eye for the ladies as he has a scantly clad princess Leia chained to his side
